One of my favourite wine bars in London and have been going for many years, enjoying many a quick glass or late night... (pretty much since they opened). The wine list is regularly changing with a mix of direct imports and some from other small importers plus some classics in the mix. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and the atmosphere is superb. I recommend this place to anyone really and realise I don't come enough these days...

I am thrilled to have discovered this place with its lovely atmosphere and an extensive wine list featuring a great selection of wines. The two cheese and charcuterie boards were fantastic, but please note that they do not serve full meals. I highly recommend this spot for wine enthusiasts looking for a cozy and intimate place to enjoy a glass of their favorite vintage.

Fairly impressed by the wine list they offered ranging from affordable ones to great burg like PYCM, Gerard Mugneret- and mark up was very reasonable compared to other wine bars in London in my opinion. Not sure if these wines will be still offered, but I am sure they will have more interesting wines later. Staffs were very nice, and charcuterie board was very decent- especially the bread that came along with it. Highly recommendable.

We had our wedding reception here on a Friday night in one of the half arches. The event was absolutely excellent and just what we wanted - a very relaxed but beautiful atmosphere, and the staff looked after us and our guests very well. The wine was fantastic, and the food delicious. Thank you so much!

Great wine tasting experience on a Monday night. It was super quiet as it was Monday but we were given some bonus sparkling wine while we waited for others in the group to arrive. There was a projector that showed information for each wine we tasted and we were given lots of time to discuss and chat between tasting each wine. A flavour wheel and a list of the wines we tasted provided. All the wines we tried were delicious and you get 10% off them at the end of you wish to purchase any. Our charcuterie board was also delicious and they gave us lots of bread to snack on too. And a bonus sweet wine to finish! It was informative but still relaxed and casual, and the pouring is generous! Definitely recommend.

I attended an event here at the weekend and I absolutely fell in love with the place, it felt like a London of old. It was so nice to be back somewhere with a whole lot of character, great people, a wine cellar to revel in and it felt like one of those places where magical nights happen beneath the arches.

Anyone looking for a great wine bar in London should go here. The space itself is super interesting and there was a nice conversational volume. Best of all they charge very reasonably for wines. Would go back!

Limited selection of wines in a unique location staffed by friendly and helpful folks. Worth a visit and your support. We had a go with a Swiss Pinot Noir by the glass which was a first for me. Great experience. We also picked by a couple of Burgundy’s for the road.
